No, I've not seen this problem on my live or test install - what is the exact setup and I'll try to reproduce it (thread type, CDN, Replace all images etc)

I am, however, receiving an error when trying to post a single episode in a thread which I think is related to @Xon's Multi-Prefix or Standard Library

I thought it was disabled automatically. Νο?

In XF 2.2? You have to do that from the ACP --> Forums --> Nodes chose the nodes that are for the TV addon and untick Polls in the Thread types option.

Should be good to go with XF 2.2 Only thing you need to do is turn off the polls in the node(s) under the setting "Allowed thread types" for the movie forums.

I would disable the lazy load images addon and see if the error continues.
