Hi,

We have a question about customizing this theme.

If we wanted to change the colour scheme in the admin-control-panel-back-end, say, from Teal-to-Yellow to Blue-to-Cyan, is that something which would be easy for us to do ourselves?

Yes just change the colors from color palette and the theme will automatically generate these gradients for you.
