For add-ons which know their installer code can take a while on larger forums (ie adding columns or indexes to large tables), standard phrases/methods to trigger this would be desirable. Especially with phrasing telling the user the right command to run.

Add-ons can't ship with custom phrasing since it is not available on install, and errors/warnings do not support HTML without some horrible hacks to just-in-time inject a phrase.
