I purchased both Empire and Empire Dark last year and my account on your website was unexplainably deleted, not allowing me to renew the licenses for updates. Both styles are broken on Xenforo 2.3 (were working fine up to the update,) and had to re-purchase them with a new account. Still broken even with the updates, and no access to SFCore for some reason.

Do you guys normally delete user accounts with no reason? I spent ANOTHER $40 to get new licenses for these, and here am I with two broken styles and zero support from your Discord (which you no longer allow users to even post on without submitting a ticket?)

What gives here fellas?
 
Update for the community; Styles Factory reached out to me via discord and stated the templates haven't been updated to 2.3 yet but should be soon, as well as offering a refund for the purchases. It was also explained what happened to the deleted user account.

Thank you guys for the response; if the update happens within the expected timeframe great, if not we will take you up on the refund.

Again sorry for negative experience. Update for Empire and Dark Empire will be released on 24 Jan (or faster if possible).

No no I jumped the gun. We really like the Empire themes, we were just bummed they broke on update and I haven't found many great replacements for them! We'll wait patiently!

Prepurchase question. Am I able to change the orange(ish) color for the blocks? I don't think it'll work with the color scheme in my mind.
Also, do I need to pay extra to have no branding info on the bottom? Thanks!
