XF 2.3 Cookies Options?

A user has sent this email to us... and I'm not sure how to respond or if there is a solution.

Should I change Cookie options to Advanced maybe?

You cookie manager for “vendors” gives an option to “Accept all” vendors, but no “Accept none” - why?

- have you yourself tried to uncheck all cookies (to just have the absolutely minimal necessary) for audio nirvana - including all vendors? It’s a tiresome task. It will take say 5-10 minutes.

- In EU, it is not legal to have opt-out on theses amount of cookies - you need to provide opt-in for most of them as it is only necessary to have about 2 or 3 cookies to use cookies to the allowed extent.

Opening a ticket won't help as there are no configurable options related to it, so it's not something which can be changed.

You can post a suggestion if needed.

I'm actually looking for suggestions on how to respond.

If it is something that is a legal issue, it would need to be addressed by XF.
