Allow users to cancel recurring upgrade from within their account when using PayPal as payment provider

Mine is already disabled. But I just had a user upgrade their account but the name of the upgrade was from my other XF site and a totally different price, so they canceled. I checked my API settings and they are correct.
 
Well, I switched over to PayPal from "PayPal Legacy", and new accounts are not upgrading correctly.

When paying with PayPal, where it says "Account upgrade:" instead of displaying the correct username, in all payments it displays the same username. None of the accounts are being updated.

Also, I have a 1 month option and a 6 month upgrade option. However, if I pick the 1 month option now it automatically defaults to the 6 months subscription.

I have searched high and low for any additional options that I may need to update, but I can't find anything.
