Fixed Missing phrase your_account_is_currently_security_locked_and_you_cannot_login

If a security lock "User must reset password" ist set on an account that does not have an email, XenForo tries to display an error with phrase your_account_is_currently_security_locked_and_you_cannot_login which does not exist.
 
Thank you for reporting this issue, it has now been resolved. We are aiming to include any changes that have been made in a future XF release (2.2.16).
