Fixed 2.3 navigating through images shows wrong titles assigned to images

I believe I had this issue in an earlier beta but it wasn’t always reproducible

Easy to replicate here on XF. Click Media (Gallery). Click first thumb. Now click the right arrow. As you progress, the images (or titles) are off by one from being in the correct order.

Had a go at fixing this in time for Beta 5 but, alas, it's going to take a fairly significant amount of time to get right. There are some minor changes related to the lightbox, but this isn't one of them.

Refactor Lightbox code to use the correct events to ensure per-slide behaviours are correct.
