Fixed Sticky submit row gets stuck at the bottom of screen
Steps to reproduce in ACP > Appearance > Style properties > Default style > Color palette
Click on any color with the submit row being sticky
Scroll down until the submit row is no longer sticky
Scroll up until the color picker dialog is over the submit row
Click on the area that contains form row labels
Scroll down
Tried on Windows Firefox 124.0.2 on 1920x1080 resolution.

Thank you for reporting this issue, it has now been resolved. We are aiming to include any changes that have been made in a future XF release (2.3.0 Beta 7).

Fix an issue where closing a menu removed window scroll events globally
