I would like to see editor UI be user-selectable with a very easy radio button format.

And an admin default for user groups.

Eg...

How would you like your input/editor experience to be? Select one;

• Minimal/Basic - just give me the absolute essentials to enter text, bold and underline, smilies etc. only
• Medium/Experienced - I like editor functions, give me text type/size/colour, lists, and image upload/link and placement
• Advanced/Power - I want it all, give me all functions.
