XF 2.1 Spam button not showing

I have someone with 70 posts who has been spamming, but I cannot see the Spam button so I can remove them and all the threads they have started. Why is that?

Thanks, all done now. I made 30 to 300 temporarily and then Spam appeared.

one of the most frustrating, useless options, there should be no reason the spam button is removed for ANYONE by default, it should be at 0 by default

i have had a case where i had it enabled for everyone and one day i accidentally ran it on an account with tons of history and post. i mean the post was bad but it could have been a compromised account. i should have just deleted that one post. but instead i deleted a really old account with tons of posts.
