XF 2.1 Sometimes it's telling me that my forum is closed

Sometimes this would pop out of no where and I can't see my forum (tested it on a regular account). I had to reload the page for the forum to display its content again. I already checked to make sure that the settings for "my board is active". Also cleared users cache multiple times.

The only thing which would cause that is a faulty third party add-on, or something server side, such as corrupt/over aggressive caching.

Asked a dev and this is what he said:

Unfortunately not, the board being closed in a value in the DB, and nothing on the server itself would cache that value.

Commenting on this topic again because it's still happening to my board.

@Brogan I talked to a developer regarding your comment and this is what he said:

"Well that's not something the server can trigger, because the value is in the options table."

Just to follow up on this. No caching is now enabled on the server. Memcached and ZendOpcache are not in use, but this is still happening.
