For Cloud subscriptions, total data storage use is calculated from the sum of the content database plus any files or media attached or uploaded to the service.

Cloud subscriptions include all XF add-ons (other than Branding Removal).

You can request a dump of your database and data when you cancel your subscription, which you can then import into a new host/domain.
