Is there an option to show the "use media as avatar" "download" and possibly the bbcode sharing panel to only the photo owner while still allowing the photo to be viewed by everyone?

I'm afraid these might imply or encourage too great a latitude of reuse over simple viewing of the original work, so it would be nice if there were permission options for these elements. (if not, I'm sure they can be wrapped in a xen conditional in the template, but I thought I'd put the idea out there as the less repeat template edits I have to do with each upgrade the better ) Or if it's already there and I'm missing it, where is the option?
