I love this.

I do have a question, I didn't notice any possible courses of action to take (punishment-wise). Of course, banning is an option, but is that the only option at this moment in time?

EDIT: Apparently this hasn't been developed yet.

Is there any logging in place? Such as how many posts each user has reported etc?

Also, what is the difference between the moderation queue and the reported items?
