I have had several problems trying to upgrade, this is where I stand now:

What's odd is I only started using Filezilla recently as it was recommended by a few people here.
Prior to that I used FireFTP for several years and had no such problem.

I used SmartFTP for several years, but recently got a new computer. I hadn't installed anFTP client yet, don't know why I decided upon FileZilla this time. I think I will install SmartFTP before uploading beta 3. I am still finding "0 files", maybe uploading beta 3 with something other than FileZilla will fix the problem once and for all.
