I missed that workaround.

I just implemented it and, while it helps with this issue, what actually happens now is this is inserted (in Safari and Firefox):

[CODE="html"]test <p>[ICODE]test[/ICODE]</p> test[/CODE]

So it produces:

[CODE]test

[ICODE]test[/ICODE]

 test

[/CODE]
