XF 2.3 How Do I Change the Character Limit for a Resource's Tag Line?

Anyone know where I can adjust the character limit for the tag line shown under a resource title? I'm trying to write a longer one but it keeps cutting off.

What's the setting called or where is it located? Can't seem to find it.

You have to edit RM code to increase that limit.
