We are at the mercy of those who know what we want better than we do. As an example, AMPXF basically saved my forum. Since I added the AMP add-on which XF said wasn't necessary, my clicks in from Google's search engine has increased 3000 - 5000 per day and my ad revenue has increased along with it.Members contacting me about how to cancel their Paypal subscription is probably the most common customer service situation I deal with on a regular basis. Allowing members to manage their own subscriptions would eliminate the hassle.I can't say I would have been happier if I stuck with Vb, I wouldn't have, but I really did feel that XF was going to be more of a cutting/bleeding edge software solution.
