That’s not the same argument at all. When I receive vests or bags from work the brand logo is also still on those items but the builders name is still not on our office building. The builder of my house also doesn’t have their name on my house.XF also doesn’t need a copyright to protect their IP. If this was the case then they wouldn’t allow you to pay to remove it.It really comes down to the XF wants it there to sell forums and you can remove it for a price. If you think the extra money is worth it then pay the price. If you don’t think it’s worth it then don’t. If the price is too high then your forum doesn’t make enough money and the benefit is probably small.
