Honestly, depends on the generation as well. Newer generations are not using forums, they stick to social media. And, that too when it's something new coming out eg. Snapchat, Tiktok etc.. However, we do have LOT'S of older generation people that started using the Internet when forums started...

you do know that there are MANY other ways to find out what platform someone is using right...... No copyright notice does not "hide" what platform you are using. And, as everyone has said. You cannot touch the copyright notice in any way. Or you can pay extra and the problem is solved.

For me it's because I am waiting for my hosting provider to upgrade. They have to phase it out over a few months so people are prepared for the change. Otherwise, I am all for moving to the latest and greatest any time!

Just saw the Xenforo Insight post and realized it's been 10 years... since 1.0.0 beta 1 was released....wow! Time flies. I do miss those prices though 😛 Wonder if there is going to be any sales/discounts as a 10th anniversary special sale.
