PayPal rest payments not going through.

I see the following error in the xf_payment_provider_log table in the log_message field:

Webhook received from PayPal could not be verified as being valid.

Thank you for reporting this issue, it has now been resolved. We are aiming to include any changes that have been made in a future XF release (2.3.0 Beta 6).

Change log:

If no webhook_id is provided, don't attempt to verify webhook signature.

There may be a delay before changes are rolled out to the XenForo Community.
